What is this service?
ContractOK provides the Client with a legal analysis service. The purpose of legal analysis is to help the Client to understand the essential points of the contract by providing them with comments explaining the contract submitted.
What is the scope of services?
In the course of legal analysis, the Client’s attention is drawn to the rights/obligations arising from applicable law. With the help of comments and explanations, the Client can modify and improve their contract and feel more confident about their contract.
How much does the service cost?
The analysis price is determined by the length of the text, i.e. the number of characters, according to which one page of analysis contains 1800 characters, including spaces (characters include letters, numbers and punctuation marks). This figure corresponds to a standard typewritten page with 30 lines of text printed at 1.5 line spacing, each line containing 60 characters. Therefore, each page (1800 characters) costs €10 for a natural person and €30 for a legal person. All the above amounts are inclusive of VAT.

In what form will I receive a legal analysis?
ContractOK provides legal analysis services to clients by e-mail.
How long does a legal analysis take?
ContractOK’s lawyer will respond to the Client’s request for an analysis of the Contract by sending a response to the Client’s e-mail address no later than within 2 working days after the Client has paid the fee.
In what language can I upload documents and in what language can I get an analysis?
You can upload your contract in Russian, Estonian or English and also choose the comment language. For example, you upload a contract in Estonian, and choose to receive comments and explanations to the contract in Russian.
In what format should my contract be loaded?
You can upload pictures (JPG, PNG, PDF), such as a photo from a computer screen or a picture from a phone. Also, plain text files (PDF, DOC, DOCX, ODT. PAGES).
What if the submitted document is not legible and cannot be used for analysis?
In that case the funds will be returned to the client’s current account within 5 working days, whereas the cost of returning the funds to the client’s bank will be withheld from the funds.
What law applies to the analysis of the contract?
The contract is governed by Estonian law.
If something went wrong?
If no complaints are submitted within the deadline (within 5 working days), the analysis is deemed to be fully accepted by the Client and the performance of the Task is deemed to be accepted.
Any complaints that the client has with regard to the service must be e-mailed to info@contractOk.ee. ContractOK shall respond to the Client’s complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days. The Client has the right to apply to the Consumer Disputes Committee for dispute resolution.
