ContractOK’s lawyer will review the Client’s request for contract analysis and send a response to the Client’s registered email within 1-2 working days after the payment has been received.

What languages are supported for document upload and analysis?

You can upload your contract in English, Estonian, or Russian and choose the language for comments. For example, if you upload a contract in Estonian, you can choose to receive comments and explanations in English.

In what format should my contract be loaded?

You can upload pictures (JPG, PNG, PDF), such as a photo from a computer screen or a picture from a phone. Also, plain text files (PDF, DOC, DOCX, ODT. PAGES).

What happens if the submitted document is unreadable and cannot be analyzed?

In that case, the funds will be refunded to the Client’s account within 5 working days.

Under which country's law will the submitted agreement be reviewed?

The contract is governed by Estonian law. If the contract was signed more than two years ago, its terms may no longer comply with current legislation. Changes in legal wording can result in the loss of legal validity. We recommend reviewing your contract to ensure its compliance and avoid potential legal risks.

If something went wrong...

If the Client does not submit a claim within 5 working days, the analysis is considered fully approved, and the performance of the employment contract analysis is deemed accepted. If the Client has any concerns regarding the provided service, they should send an email to info@contractOk.ee. ContractOK will review the complaint and provide a response in written or another reproducible form within 15 days. For dispute resolution, the Client has the right to submit a claim to the Consumer Disputes Commission.
