Service Description

The website www.contractOK.ee is owned by ContractOK OÜ (registry code 14741059), with its registered office located at Harju County, Tallinn, Põhja-Tallinna District, Staapli tn 8, 10415.

ContractOK provides legal analysis services based on the employment contract submitted by the Client, in accordance with the Estonian Employment Contracts Act.

The purpose of this service is to assist the Client in understanding the essential points of their contract by offering comments that explain the terms and conditions of the contract.

During the legal analysis, the Client’s attention will be drawn to the rights and obligations arising from the applicable law.

Comments and explanations will help the Client amend, enhance, and feel more confident about their contract.

The analysis is carried out automatically and sent to the Client via email.

The analysis includes:

1. Key Points: A description of the important terms and conditions of the contract and their compliance with Estonian law.
2. Deficiencies: Identification of any deficiencies and necessary amendments.
3. Recommendations: Suggestions based on current legal issues.

In complex cases, the analysis may take up to 2 business days.

Pricing Information

The cost of the service is determined by the length of the text, measured in characters.

One analysis page  approx contains 1800 characters, including spaces.

Pricing is as follows:
- €0.001 per character for individuals.
- €0.003 per character for legal entities.

All amounts are inclusive of VAT.

Placing an Order

ContractOK provides legal analysis services via email. The analysis is sent to the Client by email. The Client will receive:
- An overview of the principal material terms of the contract.
- General observations and comments on the contract.
- Suggestions based on current legal issues.

If the submitted document is unreadable or unsuitable for analysis, the payment will be refunded to the Client’s account within 5 business days, minus any bank fees.

Client Obligations

Clients must provide accurate and complete information and documents related to the analysis.

ContractOK reserves the right to request additional information if needed.

ContractOK is not liable for any damages arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the Client. Clients must

agree to receive invoices and other information electronically at the provided email address. They must also notify ContractOK of

any changes to their contact details. Failure to notify ContractOK means that any information sent to the provided contact details

will be deemed received.

Liability

ContractOK and its lawyers are only liable for direct financial damage caused by gross or willful negligence.

ContractOK is not liable for any loss of profit or non-material damages.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the legal analysis service.

ContractOK’s lawyers have the right to take all necessary legal measures to fulfill the Task.

ContractOK provides legal analysis based on the current law of the Republic of Estonia and the Client’s submitted document.

After the analysis is completed, ContractOK is not obligated to amend or update it due to changes in the law, court practice, or new information.

ContractOK may refuse to perform an analysis if:
- The Client has breached any obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
- The Client acts contrary to the instructions or clearly expresses refusal to follow the recommendations.
- The Client demands actions not in compliance with the law or good practice.
- The Client fails to provide necessary documents or data timely.
- The Client gives instructions that harm their own interests or are inappropriate.
- The documents are not provided in Estonian, English, or Russian, or are otherwise unreadable.

ContractOK may also refuse to perform an analysis if there is a conflict of interest or if payment fails.

Email Notifications

ContractOK sends newsletters and offers only if the Client has opted in by providing their email address on the website.

The Client can opt out of receiving such communications at any time by notifying ContractOK via email or following the unsubscribe instructions in the emails.

Claims and Dispute Resolution

Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving the analysis. To file a claim, the Client should email their complaint to info@contractOK.ee.

ContractOK will respond to the complaint in writing or in a written format within 15 days.

The Client may also refer disputes to the Consumer Disputes Committee.

The contract is governed by Estonian law, and disputes are first attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved in Harju County Court.
